All payment is in USD.

Full payment is expected up front.

I do not accept payment in cryptocurrency.

If I go over a requested word count, I won't charge extra (e.g. you still pay $15 if you requested a 1000-word piece and I end up writing a 1300 words).

For now, I will not go beyond a general 2000 word count.

I may charge an additional $5 - $10 research fee if I need to do heavy, additional research on source material. I will let you know when I confirm your commission if such a fee applies.

Step 1: Read the Terms of Service provided on this Carrd.

Step 2: Email me with the subject line "Commission Inquiry" or purchase a commission slot on Ko-Fi (leave your preferred contact information).

Step 3: I will confirm your commission after discussing details of request; payment will be given at this point either through Paypal invoice or Ko-Fi.

Step 4: I will begin working on your piece. The status of your commission will be updated throughout the process "Slots" page.

Step 5: I will contact you again once the commission is finished to confirm some final details before posting on AO3 (whose link will be shared in a social media post with you or the recipient being tagged) or sending you the file privately.

I have full discretion to deny any requests.

If you are unable to abide by common courtesy during the commission process, I have the right to drop your commission without issuing a refund.

I will try to finish your piece at a timely manner, but note that I work a day job so I will be working on your piece when I have spare hours and energy. Please contact me if there are any concerns about how long the commission is taking.

If your commission is time-sensitive (e.g. a birthday gift), I will try to prioritize it but I cannot guarantee its completion at the date you need it by.

Trying to negotiate payment with cryptocurrency will result in automatic cancellation of the commission.

You will not use my work to train AI in any present or future projects in any capacity, nor will you use AI to rewrite, alter or produce other works derivative of the finished piece.

I will upload the finished piece onto my AO3 account, where you can then link it in order to share with others. Your commission is for personal use only. You are not allowed to repost, make edits to, or claim ownership of the piece on any other platform.

If you wish to back out of your commission, let me know when I contact you to finalize your request.

I will not issue a full refund for a piece that is in progress.

I will not issue any kind of refund for a breach in the Terms of Service.
